Mosha Katani

Mosha graduated with honors from California State University with a B.A. Communications and graduated from UCLA PR/Marketing certification. While at CSULA Mosha entered the entertainment industry starting with an internship at kroq radio eventually leading her to opening her agency and representing fashion and beauty style icons. She went on to pursue and developed a beauty brand which allowed her to have a unique acumen of problem solving skills. Realizing that her true passion was working with individuals and helping families achieve their goals, Mosha obtained her real estate license in 2010 when she saw there was a need in the market during the severe foreclosures and market downturn.

Mosha has been married to her husband Marco for 8 years and has two pups (shiba Inu) Sonny and (mini schnauzer) Louie. As a couple they have traveled extensively and were lucky to have managed a hotel, restaurant and café in Sardegna, Italy, then on Maui, Hawaii before returning back home to Orange County where they reside now.

Mosha focuses on implementing unique strategies to give sellers and buyers a competitive advantage and has been fortunate to work on SOCAL’s top teams in Venice Beach and now all over Southern California primarily in Orange County.

Mosha is a member of the Orange County realtors and the National Association of REALTORS®.
