Nancy Zelada is a results-oriented, real estate Broker Associate with many years of extensive experience in residential real estate including single family homes, multi-family, condos, and leases.  

Prior to becoming a Realtor, Nancy worked for a mortgage company as a loan processor. The knowledge and experience she gained is a huge asset for her clients, as she is able to troubleshoot and circumvent any issues that may arise in order to ensure a successful transaction. As well as see the clients situation as a whole from both the real estate side and financial side.

Nancy is also a graduate of California State University, Los Angeles with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an option in Marketing. Combined with over a decade of experience in real estate Nancy knows what it takes to get your home sold in the least amount of time possible for the most money. Her 18 point proven marketing plan has been the key to many successful closings and happy clients. And, if you’re buying a home or investment property, she will help you negotiate the best possible terms whether it’s your first home, second home, or investment property.
