Ray Llamas

Ray graduated from Pepperdine University, School of Business Management. Ray is married and is the father of two children. When Ray retired from IBM in Texas, Ray and his wife, Rose, returned to Southern California and settled in the Inland Empire in order to be closer to his Son and Daughter. Reuniting with family was an integral part of the decision to return to Southern California.

Ray launched his career in Los Angeles with IBM in a business support function assisting the Marketing Sales Department  During his IBM career, Ray was relocated multiple times, moving to Georgia, Texas and Northern and Southern California California. It was during these relocation's, that Ray experienced how important a relocation  is and how challenging it can be on a family.  It was in this capacity that Ray developed the passion to assist others with there Real Estate needs. 

Ray has been assisting his clients with their Real Estate acquisitions for over sixteen years. Ray specializes in residential and multi-residential properties, assisting 'First time Buyers' in purchasing a home and Veterans in selling or purchasing a home, in addition, assisting clients in relocation's. Personal referrals, repeat business and exceptional loyal clientele has been the foundation of Ray's Real Estate career.
