Steven Small

Steven Small was born and raised in Southern California, and comes from a long line of real estate professionals. Steven entered the real estate industry shortly after earning his bachelor’s degree from Azusa Pacific University in 2015. Upon graduation, he spent two years working with his family at Gangi Development, assisting with multifamily real estate developments, single-family custom homes, and subdivisions.

Steven became a licensed Realtor® in 2017. During this time, he began working in commercial and residential sales and property management. He also worked alongside a general contractor and an architect in order to gain insight into the building trade. This experience broadened Steven’s working potential and led to a career in flipping houses for several years. In addition to his accomplishments as an individual professional, Steven was the 2020 President of the Glendale Association of Realtors® and is active within the California Association of Realtors®.

Steven is energetic and outgoing, and delivers exceptional customer service to his clients. Some of his core values include honesty, dependability, loyalty, resourcefulness, and optimism. In the past, Steven worked primarily with investment and luxury properties

Steven is passionate about his community and devotes his free time to helping raise money for charitable groups and plan events. When he is not working or volunteering, Steven enjoys singing, playing the guitar and producing music. He also enjoys hiking, going to the beach, spending quality time with family and friends and playing golf.
