Elain Nermon

Born and raised in California, I have lived here all my life; loving it - I have never left. I raised my children here, participated in all the PTAs, Brownies, softball, and baseball clubs, and enjoyed every minute of it. Started my real estate business while the kids were in elementary school and have never stopped.

As an empty nester, I dedicate all my time to my business. Real estate allows me to help my family, friends, and new members of the community in all the cities in the state of California. I’ve sold as far north as San Francisco/Oakland, Santa Cruz and as far south as the southern end of San Diego – my clients take me with them! First Team Real Estate allows me more flexibility to service my clients, as we have offices all over the world – directly, not through a network.

Among the many awards received year after year, Elain continues to dominate the market in Orange County, selling more than 98% of her listings.  Work comes naturally and she has an affinity for all aspects of her job from start to finish.

For more than 20 years, the most recent achievements are the repeated awards for Top Producer (Tustin Ranch); Hall of Fame Award recipients, Top Listing and Top Selling agent for our Tustin office, and Relocation Specialist and short-sale specialist.

Elain lives in Tustin Ranch and works in Orange County exclusively, however, after many years of building client relationships, she has expanded her successful business to other counties as well, as she is licensed to do business throughout all of California.  Elain is married with two children who attended the fabulous, award winning Tustin schools and is active in the community, as well as served as President of her homeowners association for the past 20 years.
