Michael Kahn

Michael Kahn’s primary realty focus are the communities of Rossmoor, Seal Beach, Los Alamitos, Long Beach, and Huntington Beach. Michael has expertise in nearly all facets of the industry. He will work diligently to provide his clients with an exceptional full-service and client-centered approach that ensures his buyers and sellers achieve maximum results while minimizing stress.

Michael was born in Tucson, Arizona but was raised in Rossmoor, California. Michael is a Los Alamitos High Alumni. Michael understands the community tremendously. He owns residential real estate in Southern California, as well as commercial property in Tucson, Arizona. He has managed
residential and commercial properties since 2008. Michael began his real estate career managing his income property in Tucson, Arizona in 2008 and then purchased his CA residence in 2016.  Michael has a well-rounded skillset for real estate which was built in part with his calculated combination of education, obtaining a business administration degree with an emphasis in Finance from CSU, Fullerton, and his varied work experience. He worked as a loan officer after graduating from Cal State Fullerton and then worked as a teacher/coach at Warren High School from 2004-2007. He has managed 90 residential units, two retail strip centers, an industrial building, and
several homes in Tucson Arizona from 2008-2014. Michael has worked as the Program Director for the Los Alamitos Education Foundation since 2014 before becoming an Agent at First Team in 2024.

In an industry where authenticity can be hard to find, Michael stands out as a trustworthy  professional, connecting with his clients on a personal level. His goal is to build long-term, lasting relationships with his clients instead of doing one-time deals. He is always available and is easy to

Michael has been married to Gina since September 2009 and has two children, Andrew who is 13 and Belinda who is 9. They are the joy of his life! Michael understands the power of having roots in the community.
