Karen found her passion for real estate through the various positions she held in the real estate industry; involving loan origination, property management, transaction coordination, underwriting, and investing. Taking hold of additional skills she took on the assignment of helping launch and manage her husband’s law office while raising their three children. A Native of the East Bay, Karen, and her husband have three kids, a dog named Pismo and a cat by the name of Avery. She enjoys movies, cooking, classic cars, attending basketball games, visiting local wineries, and dining out with friends. She is additionally active in a variety of community-based organizations. Karen is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, the Contra Costa Association of Realtors, and a former Secretary for the Women’s Council of Realtors, as well as a Preferred Realtor for Richmond American Homes, Inc. In addition, her affiliations with the top stagers, first-class contractors and premier lenders (including those who can handle challenging credit situations) allow her to address all of her clients’ needs.
