Kristen Perry

Kristen Perry has brought 30 years of healthcare finance background to the real estate industry.  She started her career in sales and marketing and after getting her MBA took on more leadership roles in operations.  Kristen's and her wife, Gayle, decided to start investing in short term rentals about 5 years earlier and this is what triggered the strong interest in being tied to real estate.  Kristen loves the hunt of looking for unique properties and watching them get transformed.  She has a great imagination, a fierce sense of humor and the patience of a saint, exactly what it takes to see the potential in every opportunity. 

Kristen was born and raised in Southern California and can't imagine ever leaving.  When not checking out listings, she enjoys spending time at their vacation home along the Colorado River, doing all things water or desert riding.  Kristen and Gayle are rarely seen without their crazy yellow lab, Spencer.
