Born in picturesque Hermosa Beach, California, I inherited a passion for real estate from my father, who was the Broker and owner of Kojac Realty with three thriving locations in the South Bay. In 1982, I joined First Team Real Estate, marking the beginning of a remarkable journey in the dynamic world of real estate. Over the years, I've been fortunate to contribute to the successful sale and closure of over 24,000 transactions, accumulating an impressive $7 billion in sales volume. Throughout my career, I've taken pride in developing top-producing agents by providing extensive high-level training. In 2006, I spearheaded the creation of a highly successful Short Sale and REO division. This division became a powerhouse, collaborating with various lenders nationwide to effectively liquidate their real estate portfolios. Our team has earned a sterling reputation in the industry as one you can trust. As a member of the California Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, San Diego Association of Realtors and the Orange County Association of Realtors, I am dedicated to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct. I kicked off my career with Best Business Brokers in the vibrant city of Orange, where I wasted no time in setting a new company record. In my first 30 days, I took an impressive 29 listings, showcasing my dedication and passion for the industry. In 1982, I joined First Team Real Estate in Huntington Beach, California—a decision that marked a pivotal moment in my career.
