Born and raised in Rossmoor and as a Los Al school Alumni, Philip understands the community and his family roots run deep there. His uncle was a local real estate broker in Rossmoor, and his father has owned and operated a maintenance company since 1968 in Los Alamitos. At a young age, Philip mapped a clear path to his career in real estate, even investing with his father at age 14 in his first income property, a single-family home in Los Alamitos which he later leveraged into a multi-unit apartment building in Belmont Shore. Philip’s well-rounded skillset for real estate was built in part with his calculated combination of education, obtaining a small business degree, and work experience, establishing himself as a management company in 1993, and working as a mortgage loan officer from 1996-2003 before becoming an Agent at First Team in April of 2003 to present.

Married for more than 20 years to a professional interior designer, Philip’s wife Danielle provides full-service home staging for his listings, a complimentary service Philip provides to his clients. Together they maintain over 5,000 square feet of warehouse space for their carefully procured inventory. Highly customized staging and stylizing for both vacant and occupied homes on-demand to his clients has been an invaluable tool to ensure success. “I love preparing a marketing strategy for a home for sale. It’s my favorite part of the transaction. I look to maximize the homes presentation with quality staging for vacant homes and stylizing for occupied homes to increase value and desirability and obtain the best marketing foundation with photos and video.” With his hands on in-person showings, open house, and virtual tours he strives to achieve top notch customer service and highest value for his clients.
