Tracey Fullenkamp

In the course of her real estate career, Tracey Fullenkamp has proven to be a skilled negotiator, visionary, entrepreneur and expert strategic planner.  She ranks in the top two percent of Orange County real estate professionals and delivers a depth of expertise to her clients few others have to offer.  She has held a position in marketing at one the world’s largest investment management organizations.  Tracey has participated in and created successful marketing campaigns, helped numerous families reach their unique real estate portfolio goals, and represented millions in residential real estate.

An Orange County native, Tracey holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and employs this discipline in the review, planning and execution of her business.  Tracey works with First Team® Real Estate in Laguna Niguel; with over 700 annual transactions and $400 million in sales, making this the #1 branch in the company.  First Team® is ranked as the #1 independent real estate company in Southern California and has sold more homes in Orange County than any other brokerage in the last decade. Never one to shy away from a challenge – Tracey has increased her sales during the Southern California real estate crash, and survived to live another day.  She spent some free time running a 100-mile race in the Himalayas and backpacked for a month in one of the remote areas of the Alaskan wilderness.  These experiences taught her the importance of determination and stamina, which she regularly applies to her business.
