Karen Dey

 Karen graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication studies with a minor in Marketing and Sales. After relocating to Irvine in 1996, her real estate interest piqued with her first purchase.  With over a decade in the real estate industry, she has seen life’s circumstances change over time, so what was once the perfect home 15 years ago may not reflect your lifestyle today. Single-story vs. tri-level floor plans, indoor/outdoor living, beach access, gated communities and walkability are trending styles.

She understands it’s more than selling a house, it’s about enhancing her client’s lifestyle. By keeping her finger on the pulse of the latest trends and movements of the Orange and LA area markets, Karen offers clients expert guidance, personalized solutions, and powerful negotiation tactics to ensure a seamless, efficient, and rewarding experience. This has gained her the trust of prior buyers, sellers, investors, and renters.

Karen has expanded her services by assisting clients with home renovations, decluttering and staging.  You will see her going the extra mile,

including cleaning, packing moving boxes, landscape refresh and staging. Her greatest joy comes when house keys are delivered to the new buyers.

Outside of the office, Karen has a passion for health and fitness. She enjoys weight training, pickleball, boating

and off-road excursions and hiking with her Golden Retriever Cowboy!
