ALISON HARLOW TEAM - Andy Alison and his wife, Natalie Harlow (Alison) are well-known as the Alison-Harlow Team representing buyers and sellers of homes in throughout Orange County with career emeritus status at First Team Real Estate. As long time residents of Laguna Beach, Andy and Natalie have established a robust real estate practice specializing in selling beautiful OC coastal homes and formal residences in Laguna Beach, Newport Beach, Corona Del Mar, Laguna Niguel and Dana Point.

REALTOR LOVE STORY - Andy and Natalie met as Realtors in 2007 while Andy was previewing a property Natalie had recently listed in Laguna Beach. Their professional real estate relationship continued to grow for the next 3 years sharing open houses on their listings and participating in Laguna Beach neighborhood community events together. While out shopping in Laguna Beach on the day after New Years Day 2012, Natalie and Andy happened to cross paths at the local hardware store, where they decided to have lunch together. From that day on, Andy and Natalie's professional relationship blossomed into a romantic relationship. Andy and Natalie were married two years later in September of 2014.

Andy and Natalie enjoy living in a cozy 1922 Craftsman style beach home in North Laguna where they are active in the Laguna Beach community. The met as Realtors at an Open House in 2007 and after many years of building a professional Realtor relationship, their relationship became romantic, as well as professional in 2011. Natalie and Andy were married in 2014!

Andy grew up in Newport Beach attending Corona Del Mar High School. He has a vast knowledge and experience in the sale of Coastal Real Estate from Newport Beach to San Clemente.  He is also a well-respected and recognized Orange County historian with family roots beginning with his ancestors, Theodore & Clementine Schmidt responsible for the naming the City of Anaheim in 1858. Andy is a highly sought after public speaker and participates in historic re-enactments throughout Orange County.

Natalie grew up in Tustin and Anaheim Hills. She and her mother, Joyce Nethery had an extremely successful team receiving lifetime emeritus status and many awards from First Team Real Estate. Joyce has since retired andNatalie join together with her new husband as a dynamic Realtor team. Natalie is also known for her amazing garden and knowledge of succulents at their Laguna Beach home. She is very active in the Laguna Beach Garden Club offering Green Thumb workshops where participates create spectacular garden art projects that are a hit with local garden enthusiast. 

Andy's real estate career spans over 36 years of real estate sales, leasing, management and marketing in Southern California. Following a successful career in commercial real estate property management, Andy sold his company and ventured into residential real estate sales with Prudential Real Estate - Laguna Beach in 1996 representing buyers and sellers of homes in coastal Orange County.  He also became an expert in the sale of vintage and historic homes throughout Orange County creating, vintagehomes.net one of the first online real estate websites.

Together, Natalie and Andy enjoy representing sellers and buyers of home as the Alison Harlow Team with their dynamic approach, respect, and dedication to meeting their client real estate needs.
