As a former business owner and real estate investor, Chris brings a breadth of experience to his clients that extend beyond that of the traditional real estate agent. A California native, currently residing in Anaheim Hills, Chris is a fountain of knowledge when it comes to understanding the North Orange County real estate market from both home ownership and investment perspectives. Chris is also actively involved in the acquisition of land followed by development, entitlement, and construction of single family residences as the co-owner of Desert Shore Homes. Desert Shore Homes has successfully completed numerous residential construction projects with up to ninety homes in those developments. 

In his spare time, Chris enjoys spending time with family and friends. Chris is married to Cheryl Andreozzi and they have four children ranging in age from seven to nineteen.  Chris also has many philanthropic interests tied to education, as well as the foster care system. Chris has served on the board of directors of local little league and soccer organizations, as well as spent many years coaching in those same leagues in support of his four children.
