Nader Obeid

Nader Obeid was born and raised in Southern California. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Management Science as well as a minor in Computer Science from the University of California, San Diego. He enjoys a good challenge, that’s one of the reasons he naturally gravitated towards real estate. The everyday problem-solving that is inherent with buying and selling properties  energizes his constant curiosity. Whether it be residential or commercial, he leverages his analytical background to better evaluate every aspect of a transaction. Nader epitomizes integrity, hard work, and transparency, he takes delight in helping his clients fully understand their proceedings every step of the way.

A Southern California resident, he has an intimate understanding of the housing market, local trends, and regional requirements. He possesses the unique ability to blend his extensive computer knowledge with modern marketing techniques to deliver top notch results. Contract fluency is something he prides himself on, it ensures he gets it right the first time, and it allows him to initiate negotiations with an advantage. On his free time, Nader enjoys spending time with family, and playing sports… lots of sports. He’s played everything from football to golf, but most of the time you can catch him on a basketball court. He loves to cycle on the beach where he can be close to the water for an occasional dip in the deep blue. Nader’s ultimate goal is to build lasting relationships with his clients and help them find their dream home.
