Robin works closely with clients to affirm their understanding of the California Residential Purchase Agreement, including legal and taxation ramifications. She is dedicated to residential buyers in finding them the appropriate home via extensive searches. She is dedicated to sellers by reviewing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy to maximize exposure and expedite the sale of their property.
Prior to Real Estate, Robin Friend spent 14 years in health care, holding senior management positions at Bristol Myers, PacifiCare, Humana and Principal Financial Group. While at PacifiCare, Ms. Friend developed the business plan and launched the highly successful Small Group Division. She served as General Manager for Employers Health/Humana, where she was responsible for running the California operation and integrating a start-up HMO into this national insurance carrier. She later become CEO of this entity. Ms. Friend co-founded Health Risk Resource Group, a division of Principal Financial Group that specializes in providing administrative services for Provider Organizations.
