According to the latest data from National Association of REALTORS, the market showed little change last month other than the usual seasonal decline in demand and inventory. However, in the 20 hottest medium to large sized markets there was a 1.8 to 3.6 times increase in the number of views per listing with inventory moving 29 to 48 days before the rest of the country.
