Starting off the year with a splash, First Team Real Estate COO and Broker of Record Michele Harrington has been honored by RISMedia as a 2020 Newsmaker. Designed to identify the dynamic individuals making headlines as a result of their newsworthy contributions to the real estate industry, Michele positively impacts the agents and community she serves. Honored as an “Achiever”, our First Team leader certainly lives up to the distinction.

Michele and her company Star Estates joined the First Team family in 2018 when she was named senior vice president and Broker of Record. Launching and growing her business to 150 agents and high-performing offices in Aliso Viejo, Mission Viejo, Dana Point, and San Clemente, her momentum has only increased as a part of First Team Real Estate. In her time with the company, Michele’s many accomplishments include being named 2019 Women of the Year by California’s 73rd District and promoted to Chief Operations Officer of First Team. A beacon of strength within the company, Michele translates the stamina and determination she learned during her enlistment in the US Marine Corps to our business every day.
