First Team Real Estate Welcomes Home Team Neeley: Your Real Estate Dream Team

Home is where the heart is with Allen and Valerie Neeley. The Neeley’s first joined the First Team family in 2015 and, after a short stint with another brokerage, have returned to their old stomping grounds by joining First Team’s branch office in Irvine. Allen has accepted a role as the branch’s Assistant Manager, while Valerie returns as a seasoned professional Realtor.

“It truly is like a family here,” stated Valerie. “It was the culture, morale, and support First Team offers to all that had us wanting to come back.” Valerie went on to add how the technology and culture that First Team offers sets the brokerage apart from others. Agents are given the assistance and advice to grow not only their business, but also in their personal lives. Through First Team’s technology, and the camaraderie of her fellow agents, Valerie is able to feel more confident when talking with clients and is able to build lasting relationships that will last a lifetime.

During their time away from First Team, the all-star couple realized the grass isn’t always greener on the other side. Allen stands by the quote, “if you’re not growing, where are you going?” This mentality allowed both Allen and Valerie to continue to dedicate themselves to their own personal growth and morale: at the end of the day, this industry is about helping people and going above and beyond.

One might wonder how a power couple such as the Neeley’s are able to work together, not only in their personal lives, but also their professional lives. The Neeley’s believe that every couple is different, however, communication and a deep understanding of one another is key. “Opposites attract,” Allen stated. “Opposites also, after some time, may attack. With our marriage, it’s dyre to recognize each other's strengths and to be there for one another. Through clear communication and a deep understanding of each other, you have a strong bond that can only be built upon.”
